Broken make-up is such a bummer! I always carry make-up in my purse, and I can’t tell you how many times I have had compacts break in my bag. I started using a make-up bag to keep everything in, which helps, but broken make-up is inevitable. After spending way too much time on Pinterest, I saw this tip to fix broken make-up, and thought I would give it a try. After one of my favorite highlighters broke, I was reading that all I need to do is mix it up with some rubbing alcohol, and it would help bring it back together…you guys… it works! Check it out!

This is the broken make-up, if it isn’t this broken up, use a toothpick to actually break it up so that it looks more like this.

Pour in a little bit of rubbing alcohol and use a toothpick to mix the make-up together.

Once it all starts coming together, wet a brush with rubbing alcohol, and use it to smooth out the make-up. Allow it to try for 24-48 hours, or until it become powdery again.

Then you will be able to use your make-up again! The alcohol dries off and the make-up stays together. How cool is that?
