My happy place!
I started doing yoga as my New Years Resolution last year and I have become addicted. It is a great workout, but that is just the beginning. You really do push your body and find your strength, but it is also about finding your inner peace. I believe that in order to make the world a better place it needs to start with you being happy within yourself and, for me, yoga helps me stay grounded, focused, and centered in that….. cheesy I know, but it’s true!
